Adjustments in MAKO 2020
We kindly ask you to send us your formula documentation via email to meter.data@acteno.de . A suggestion for how this formula structure can be documented can be found on this page.
It is essential that, as a competitive metering operator (wMSB), we not only forward the measurement data to you as the grid operator, but also transmit it in a star pattern to the supplier, direct marketer and, if applicable, the transmission system operator.
wMSB Assignment Date
Assignment of the wMSB takes place on the date of takeover of metering operations.
Handling of Complex Measurements
As we may manage market locations with a complex formula structure, a joint agreement on the formula structure is required.

Service – ESA Data Provision
We offer measurement data provision according to the market role "Energy Service Provider" for registered load profile metering (RLM)* and intelligent metering systems (iMSys) in EDIFACT format.
Prior to data provision, we kindly ask you to send an email to meter.data@acteno.de – we will send you all necessary documents.

Contract and Authorizations for ESA Providers
To provide data as an Energy Service Provider (ESA), we as the metering point operator (MSB) require a concluded framework agreement as well as the corresponding consent declarations from the connection users. Please proceed in two steps:
1. ESA Framework Agreement
Please send us the fully completed ESA framework agreement by email to meter.data@acteno.de. We will review the documents, countersign the agreement and return the signed version to you by email.
2. Authorizations (Consent Declarations) incl. Annexes
For the authorizations, please send us the documents based on the BDEW templates – each with a completed annex (Excel) – in full. Please also send this information by email to meter.data@acteno.de.
